If you qualify, this program pays for all or a portion of services rendered at Hamilton General Hospital and the Family Practice Rural Health Clinic in Hamilton only. It does not pay for any services: labs, x-rays, etc. that are sent to other facilities (i.e. radiology sends x-rays to S&W to read). This program also does not cover physician fees. The patient is responsible for these fees. Download an application*, complete and return to the front desk at Hamilton General Hospital along with:
