Heritage Health claim status

The Heritage Health claim status can be viewed using the following process.

Step 2: Choose your insurance company from the drop-down box.

Step 3: Enter the following details - your policy number, card number, policy year and employee ID

Step 4: Submit the following documents and the claim status will be displayed.

Step 5: In most cases, the claim status will be intimated through SMS / email to your registered phone number or email address.

  3. Under this, you can access the download TPA id card, check the TPA unique id number, raise a claim, check the claim status, etc.
